The minimum order value is 10,000 SEK, the number of packaging bags for this amount depends on, among other things, material, barrier, size and whether you need with or without bottom and/or zip function. You need to order at least 500 packaging bags of each design, size and material. Example: If you order 2000 zip bags, you can, for example, get four different designs for the same price. As long as it is the same material and the same size of the bag.

It largely depends on what the zip bag is intended to contain and what effect or design you want. All of our packaging bags are adapted for food, but depending on whether it is, for example, frozen food or fresh, different types of construction are required. Our bags are built in two-three layers/barriers; surface layer, middle layer and inner layer. You can combine different materials to get a unique design and you can also get a matte or glossy finish. These materials are available to choose from: PE = Polyethylene (plastic) PP = Polypropylene (plastic) PET = Polyester (thermoplastic and synthetic fiber) Kraft paper (white or brown) Bags in recyclable or compostable material PE + PE + PE = recyclable PE + PET = NOT recyclable Transparent bags are available in both PE, PET and PP. Compostable bags are our most environmentally friendly bags and they are built on, among other things, agricultural waste, cellulose film and PLA, a biodegradable film.

Here, only your imagination sets the limits, you can create a design exactly according to your own wishes. We use high-quality digital printing which is advantageous because it is fast, you do not need clichés which means that if you want to change the design there are not a lot of extra costs.

Tear notch: A cutout on the sides of the upper part of the bag that makes it easier to tear the closure of the bag to access the product. Corners: You can choose between round or straight corners. Euro hole: It is a standard hole in the upper part of the bag that is mainly advantageous if the bag does not have a bottom or is to be hanging. Bottom: The bags can be delivered with three different types of bottom. 3-side seal: A bag without a bottom that is sealed from three sides. Doy-pack: A rounded bottom that is usually the most common option. K-seal: Deeper bottom that is K-shaped. You choose this option if you want to maximize your volume on the bag or if you have heavier contents. Opening function: When it comes to opening the bag, there are three different options. Standard zip: The most common variant of zip closure. Without zip: The bag is delivered without a zip function and is only closed with a bag weld. Velcro zip: It is a wider zip that has Velcro-like properties that are advantageously used if the contents are in powder form. Valve: The valves in coffee packaging have become an important component in maintaining the flavor and aroma of the coffee beans. These one-way valves help release carbon dioxide from the coffee without allowing oxygen to enter.

We offer a wide variety of bag sizes. Depending on what you choose for the bottom and what opening function you want, you have different options to choose from. Bags without a bottom and without a zip are offered from: (wxh) 50 x 90 mm – 300 x 350 mm. Bags with a bottom and with a zip are offered from: (wxhx bottom) 95 x 150 x 30 + 30 mm – 350 x 400 x 65 + 65 mm. Approximately 50 g – 3 kilos depending on how the product is designed. Here are some guidelines for standard dimensions for specific weight. If you want more space in your bag, we recommend that you take a larger size.

Yes, our packaging bags are designed for both dry and liquid contents. For liquid contents, we recommend that the bag is constructed with three layers/barriers for optimal durability, protection against leakage and preservation of the quality of the contents.

Food contact packaging means that it meets the legal requirements and standards that ensure it is safe to use with food. This includes: Material safety: The packaging is made from materials that do not release harmful substances at levels that could affect the safety, quality or taste of food. Testing and certification: The packaging has undergone rigorous testing to ensure that it complies with regulations such as EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, or equivalent legislation in other regions. Migration tests: The packaging has been tested to ensure that substances from the material do not migrate (transfer) to the food in amounts that exceed permitted limits. Compliance with hygiene requirements: The packaging is manufactured under conditions that ensure it is clean and free from contamination that could affect food safety.
