Automation Engineer / PLC Programmer

Logimark is currently seeking an experienced automation engineer for our system department in Malmö!

Job Description

In the role of Automation Engineer / PLC Programmer, you will work within our system department with a primary focus on participating in projects within our machine department. You will be involved in all phases of the projects, including idea generation, development work, testing, quality assurance, commissioning, and support. As the responsibilities of the System Department also include products within Auto-ID & Machine Vision, the position may also involve tasks in our projects within this segment.

Travel is required for this position.

Your Profile

• You have good experience and aptitude for programming PLC/HMI systems.
• Good knowledge of PLC programming, Motion Control, and Safety Integrated via Siemens Simatic TIA Portal.
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Good command of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Since travel is part of the job, a B driver’s license is required.
• It is advantageous if you have experience with Auto-ID / Machine Vision.
