With Linx PrinterNet, you maximise your productivity while maintaining full control of your Linx 10 printer. Its secure, cloud-based remote connectivity gives you the ability to monitor, control and get technical support anywhere, anytime. With Linx PrinterNet, you'll always have access to your printer for smooth operation and secure remote support.
Linx 10 is suitable for both porous and non-porous surfaces, making it an excellent solution for several industries. Here are some examples of materials and applications where Linx 10 is particularly effective:
The maintenance interval depends very much on the environment the printer is in. Normally we recommend the customer to check the print head once a week, but usually the print head does not need to be cleaned at such a frequent interval.
When it comes to servicing the printer, you need to replace a service module, this is done every 18 months. This can be done by the customer. Self-service is quick and easy by following the on-screen instructions and can be planned around your production schedule.
The Linx 10 uses smart and sealed ink bottles, which means that the operator does not come into contact with the ink. When the machine alerts for ink refill, the operator removes the empty bottle and inserts the new ink bottle. Quick and easy!
The bottles are designed to make changeovers error-free, even during printing. Automatic level control and early refill warnings of up to 12 hours are built in, reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.
Linx 10 consumes very little energy in normal operation, about 32 W.
The Linx 10 is a small and handy CIJ printer that can be easily moved between different lines if needed. It has a handle that makes it easy to lift the printer. The printer can be hung directly on the conveyor belt with associated brackets.
Other advantages of Linx 10 over other CIJs are its flexibility and lower price, which can make a big difference for smaller producers.
