With an automatic circulating ink system, Markoprint integra PP 108 effectively removes air from the nozzle rows, ensuring crisp, clean and durable print images - every time. It also means less need for cleaning.
Markoprint integra PP 108 can be installed at any level, meaning the ink tank can be positioned above, below or at the same height as the print head without affecting performance. This provides great flexibility when integrating into different production environments.
Equipped with the new SEIKO print head, the Markoprint integra PP 108 offers an impressive print speed of up to 150 metres per minute, with a high resolution of 360 dpi and a print height of 108 mm - perfect for efficient marking in high-volume production.
Markoprint integra PP 108 Bicolor allows you to print in two colours at the same time, making it easy to highlight important information, such as warnings and labels, and increase product legibility.
The printing technology used by the PP108 is a technology that is extremely economical in consumption. Since the resolution is so high, it is very small drops of ink that the printer prints. Consumption depends entirely on the size of the text, any barcodes, logos and the resolution you choose. To get a sense of the approximate cost per print, you can say that a print that is e.g. 70 x 100 mm with text and code is 1/5 of what a label would cost.
The PP108 does not require service, but it does require daily maintenance by the operator. This maintenance is to wipe the print head with a special lint-free cloth because dust accumulates on the print head over time. If it is a very dirty environment, you may also need to "pursh", i.e. the printer ejects some ink and thus pushes away dirt. If the printer is not very exposed in a dirty environment, it does not require much maintenance.
