X1JET XR 71

The X1JET XR 71 inkjet printer is a stand-alone printing system for controlling a Xaar Piezo printhead. The Xaar printhead belongs to the latest generation and has 500 individually controlled nozzles for a print height of 71 mm, which corresponds to a resolution of 180 dpi.

Flexible and compact Piezo printer

The compact "all-in-one" Piezo printer combines print head, ink system, cleaning station, control circuit and power supply in a single housing. Three different versions are available for different applications: Compact, Vario and Top.

In the Compact version, the print head is fixed for horizontal marking. The Vario version offers more flexibility by allowing the printhead to be rotated 90° anti-clockwise. The Top version offers maximum flexibility, with the printhead connected to the ink system via a 1000 mm long hose.

Ease of use and multiple connections

Operation, parameter setting and data transfer is via a simple and intuitive 3-button design with LED indicator lights. For data transfer, USB memory and Ethernet/EIA 232 interfaces are available.

Precision and high-resolution printing

The X1JET XR 71 offers high-resolution printing of graphics and logos at up to 360 x 180 dpi, providing sharp detail and clear legibility. It can also handle large, clear barcodes and has a flexible print height of up to 71 mm, as well as supporting small fonts from 2 mm - ideal for both small and large marking needs.
