The AP550e is a semi-automatic label applicator that makes it quick and easy to accurately apply labels to a wide range of flat surfaces, such as rectangular or tapered bottles, boxes, bags, lids, cans and more. Labels are applied directly, without wrinkles or creases, in exactly the desired position. This gives finished products a very professional look and significantly increases the number of containers that can be labelled per hour compared to manual applications.

As a semi-automatic machine, the AP550 is faster than manual labelling but not as fast as a fully automatic machine. It is ideal for small to medium production volumes where the operator manually places the product on the machine. It can label 500 labels/hour.
The AP550 is flexible and can handle a variety of sizes and shapes of labels, as long as they are self-adhesive and designed for flat surfaces. The machine can handle label sizes between 19 x 19 - 102 - 152 mm.
The AP550 requires minimal maintenance, which is often limited to cleaning and simple lubrication to ensure its continued smooth operation.
