We at Fitnessparadiset decided to launch our own dietary supplement brand and chose Logimark AB to produce our labels. We had the honour of working with Nathalie who is quick with feedback, clear about how the result will be, careful with the texts but above all very nice and helpful throughout the process. The labels we chose were "Paper rustic with digital gold foiling" and we were much happier than we thought we would be. The result was stylish products with an exclusive feel. The prices were reasonable and worth it!

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about Round labels

When choosing round labels, it is good to think about:

  • Size: How much information should be included? Should the label be part of the design or a practical marking?
  • Material: Does the label need to be water-resistant or durable for outdoor use?
  • Printers: Make sure your labels are compatible with the printer you use, whether laser, inkjet or thermal.

Ordering on a roll is most common, especially if it's a larger volume and you want to print them from a label printer.

Depending on the volume and size, it is also possible to have round labels delivered on sheets.

There is a whole range of materials!

Paper labels can be made of coated paper, rustic wine paper or metallic paper. Plastic or synthetic labels are available in polypropylene, polythene, vinyl or polyester, the latter two being UV-resistant.

If you have packaging in the form of a tube or bottle where the label needs to be more flexible, it may be advantageous to choose polythene.

Inkjet is a label material, available in both plastic and paper, matte and glossy, that absorbs ink making it optimal for labels to be printed on their own in a colour printer.

Other materials worth mentioning are transparent and holographic.

Yes there is. Then it's a plastic label and the base material you can get either in matte or glossy.

To create a label, you need to specify the width x length dimensions and how it should be rolled up.

We have a variety of existing moulds in different sizes. If the dimension is not available in an existing mould, we can create a new one or use laser cutting.

The punch is a tool for cutting out labels.

The minimum order value is SEK 2000, the number of labels for this sum depends, among other things, on the material, size and adhesive.

It is possible to get a finished print on your round labels. We use digital printing or flexo printing, both of which allow you to design the label exactly how you want.

  • Digital printing: We use high quality digital printing which is advantageous because it's quick, you don't need clichés so if you want to change the design there aren't a lot of extra costs.
  • Flexo printing: Flexo printing uses clichés, which are usually cheaper for larger volumes. You then pay for the cliché per colour.

There are many options to make your label stand out. Examples of special effects include gold/silver foiling, silkscreen, embossing and hotfoil.

  • Digital gold/silver/copper foiling: Digital foiling in metallic colours gives a heightened visual and tactile effect to the label.
  • Hotfoil: Gets a foil effect from an immersion in the label.
  • Silkscreen: A varnish applied on top of the design that gives a raised visual and tactile effect to the label.
  • Embossing: Embossing creates a raised or lowered texture on the material that allows both visual and tactile distinction on the surface. This particular effect is most effective on paper materials, as embossing on synthetic materials can return the material to its original shape.
  • Laminate and lacquer: Provides an extra protective surface and can be applied to create both matt and glossy effects. If you know that you are going to reprint something on the label, such as the date or batch, it is best to choose printable varnish.
  • When you contact us, we need to know the size, material, adhesive, quantity and special effects for the round label you are considering. We will then prepare a quote.
  • Once you have approved the quote, we would like you to send us your submission for your label in PDF format. We will send you an order acknowledgement and this document must also be approved based on the delivery address, quantity and material.
  • We then produce a proof for approval to ensure the information is correct.
  • We then start the printing process and the labels are rolled up on reels as required.
  • Delivery approximately 8-10 days.

Coil and bobbin/core: We can offer cores in 1 inch (25.4 mm), 2 inch (41 mm) and 3 inch (76.2 mm).

Rewinding: If the label is not to be applied by hand, it is important to ensure that the labels are rolled up correctly. Otherwise, there is a risk that the label will end up in the wrong place in an automation process.

It is also important to know the maximum outer diameter of the label roll so that the roll does not become too large and thus does not fit in the printer. This information is usually available in the datasheet of your printer.
