With Mopa laser you can label plastic in higher contrasts and with more detailed results. Label anodized aluminum in black or recreate colors on stainless steel. Mopa-laser is an option for speedmarks 300.
With Dynamic Shifter it is possible to label cylindrical objects with high quality without having to turn the object itself. For example, oblique surfaces up to 60 °, balls, bowls and inside pipes.
Galvo rotation unit 2 is particularly suitable for labeling of very large and heavy cylinders, rings, pipes and other conical objects. Rotation unit 2 can be installed as an extra module in the Speedmarker series.
With SPEEDMARKER 1300 you can notice large, heavy and bulky objects or whole tiles with many components, while having the benefits of a secure and closed laser system of class 2. This means that no special protective measures or laser security rules are required.
Ensure an optimal system configuration for both current and future laser needs. Speedmarks 1300 are available in several configurations, including various laser forces and axle systems. Options such as rotating brackets, extra lenses and other accessories can be added to adjust the machine to your needs.
Speedmarks 1300 come with a software-driven X-axis and can be optionally equipped with a Y-axis. Work areas up to 1000 x 450 mm² are possible by segmentation of the axle system.
The essence of Speedmarker 1300 is a maintenance-free fiber laser combined with advanced Galvo scan heads. It enables quick labeling jobs for large volumes with high availability and efficiency, with a label rate of up to 640 characters per second.
