Air-cooled optics

All optics are air-flushed with compressed air directed at lenses and mirrors. This prevents dust and gases from sticking and contaminating the optics. The result is maintenance-free operation and a long service life.

Engraving of bulky parts

Full flexibility also means being able to work on workpieces that are larger than the machine. The SP500 can do this with ease by removing a pass-through hatch at the back. The hatch allows you to process long and bulky materials such as doors and wall panels of various kinds. This is an optional extra.

What our customers say

Signwell

Martin Holmström

A professional approach from the first customer contact to the completion of the installation of the new machines. We have a lot to learn from Logimark. Trotec is a well-known brand for us. We have been using their machines for more than 20 years. Very high quality, safe and strong machines. Most importantly, they are very user-friendly and efficient.

Berzelius School

Nils Winge

The Berzelius School's upper secondary school has been using its Trotec R400 for a few years now and is really pleased. The students cut out models in different courses, often in different thicknesses of MDF, quickly and easily. The machine is easy to use and fast enough, the programme for creating files for cutting is easy to use and the support from Logimark is top notch. Overall, we are really happy with our investment!

AnnaOlivia OY

Santosh

We are very happy with our Trotec Speedy 400 purchase. We are able to execute large jobs at efficient speed and with great precision. Support from our sales team has been great so far. The Speedy 400 allows us to produce large jobs with ease.

Polarbröd AB

David Greisman

Over the years, ACT Logimark has been a good partner for Polarbröd when it comes to supplying technology for labelling our packaging, such as bread bags, bread boxes and full pallets. As we have often needed special adaptations, ACT Logimark has been able to find reliable and robust solutions for us. ACT Logimark has been able to keep promised delivery times and budgets, which has been of great importance to us!

Reasons why we recommend Trotec SP500

Large and optimised workspace for maximum efficiency

The Trotec SP500 has a generous working area of 1245 x 710 mm, optimised for common material sizes such as 1000 x 700 mm. This makes it possible to work on large projects or multiple smaller workpieces simultaneously, increasing productivity and reducing material waste. The work surface design allows for smooth handling of materials such as wood, acrylic, plastics and laminates, making the machine ideal for companies looking to improve their workflow and achieve higher cost efficiency.

Efficient and removable extraction for better engraving results

An extraction system directly connected to the laser head removes dust and gases generated during the laser process. The finished exhaust gases are indispensable for engraving applications and the extraction system effectively extracts dust where it is produced. This will significantly improve the engraving result when working with wood, laminate or acrylic.

Movable extractor is an option for the Sp500.

Air Assist: Protects optics and improves results

Every material reacts differently to a laser treatment. In laser engraving and laser cutting, the supply of compressed air can significantly influence and improve the results. Air Assist also protects the lens from damage, as it prevents dust from sticking.

Ruby® is the ultimate design software that allows the daily work with the laser machine to run smoothly. You can create graphics, photos and text elements and make quick adjustments directly in the programme. The platform guarantees profitable order management and has a networked, web-based and fully digital approach. With Ruby®, you can connect all your laser machines in a network, locally or in the cloud, allowing users to distribute jobs to multiple machines from a PC or Mac. Thanks to the new workflow, jobs can be prepared by one user and produced by another at any time, from anywhere.

The smooth workflow starts with the design and continues from the preparation stage to production. Very little training is required for the user and an integrated guide provides additional tips if needed. The user chooses the material and material effects e.g. deeper engraving, dark engraving or cut-out and the cloud-based material database helps you to streamline the process.

Ruby® contributes to a simple and fast workflow from idea to final product!

We also offer training and support if you need help getting started.

Ruby is Trotec's own software and is supplied with the laser machine. It is also licence-free.

Trotec laser machines are equipped with several safety features - protective hoods, temperature sensors, safety switches such as main switch, key switch and emergency stop button. These minimise risks to the operator.

Machines from Trotec have CE marking, which fulfils EU requirements for safety, health and environmental protection. This gives you as a user a guarantee that the machine is safe to use and that it complies with current legislation.

Thanks to Trotec's InPack technology, which protects the sensitive components from dust and dirt, the machine requires minimal maintenance. Regular cleaning of lenses and mirrors is recommended to maintain high performance and extend service life.

Yes, Trotec offers the Atmos extraction system that ensures safe and clean operation of the laser system. It removes dust and gases from the work surface and, with its activated carbon filters, filters the odours generated during laser processing. The Atmos extraction system contributes to a longer lifetime and protects the laser lenses.

Yes, there are a lot of options you can make to the machine depending on your needs.

Here are some examples of optional extras for the SP500:

  • Rotation unit: The rotating attachment allows you to engrave conical, cylindrical and spherical objects such as glasses, cups, vases and bottles of various sizes. A special roller attachment allows the processing of objects with large or small openings that do not fit into the standard cones.
  • Gas Kit: The Gas Kit allows up to two process gases to be connected if desired (e.g. compressed air and N2). This prevents flames, improves dust transport and also protects the lens. For some materials, such as textiles, wood or paper, the use of process gases is essential. In these applications, air will significantly improve the cutting result.
  • Lenses: There are several lenses to choose from for each machine. When laser engraving and laser cutting, it is important to choose the right lens to achieve optimal results. The right lens depends on a number of factors: laser power, material type, graphic detail and resolution (dpi) and material thickness.
  • Atmos extraction system: This practical extraction system ensures safe and clean operation of the laser system. It removes dust and gases from the work surface and, with its activated carbon filters, filters the odours generated during laser processing. The Atmos extraction system contributes to a longer lifetime and protects the laser lenses.
  • Passage: On the Speedy 400 and Sp500, a pass-through hatch on the back can be removed. The hatch allows you to process long and bulky materials such as doors and wall panels of various kinds.
