There are many options to make your bottle label stand out. Examples of special effects include gold/silver foiling, silkscreen, embossing and hot foil.
It is not only the design that is important to consider, but also the stresses that the printed label may be exposed to. Heat, cold, sunlight, water and friction are some of the conditions that the label may be exposed to, and then it is extra important to have a durable label.
Things that are good to think about:
There is a whole wealth of material! We can help you regardless of whether it is made of paper, plastic or fabric and whether it is colorful, smooth, rough, matte or glossy.
There is a whole wealth of material!
Yes, it really does exist and for bottles you can pretty much choose any material.
For paper labels, you can choose, for example, coated paper, rustic wine paper or metallic paper. If you want rustic wine paper, you should keep in mind that it can easily be destroyed if the bottle is exposed to condensation. In that case, it is good to have a protective film inside the label to prevent moisture from entering.
Plastic or synthetic labels are available in polypropylene, polyethylene, vinyl or polyester, the latter two being UV-resistant. For example, for a bottle where the label needs to be more flexible, it may be advantageous to choose polyethylene.
There are bottles that have different densities – high or low. This means that the product will let through certain chemicals that may be on the inside of the product material, for example shampoo bottles. In this case, it is advantageous to have a label that has the same density as the bottle so that it lasts better.
Inkjet is a material on the label, available in both plastic and paper, matte and glossy, that absorbs ink, making it optimal for labels to be printed on your own in a color printer.
Other materials worth mentioning are transparent and holographic.
If you are looking for a label made from recycled material, we have it in both paper and plastic.
Important! For bottles that are to be returned, you need a sticker that is approved by Swedish return packaging.
Tip! Keep in mind that the label material has a lot to do with the feel and design of the product. If you want the product to feel a bit luxurious with high quality, rustic wine paper or a soft touch laminate are a good choice.
This of course depends on how wet the bottle is. We recommend that the product be as dry as possible for best results and durability. A wet bottle can easily create air bubbles and the label can become wrinkled.
A cold product is lighter, but if the bottle is filled with cold liquid and left cold, condensation can easily form, making it more difficult for the label to stick. We therefore recommend that the bottle should not contain any liquid when applying the label.
Yes, you can. Then it is a plastic label and the base material can be either matte or glossy.
Absolutely, you come up with the design you want! If you don't know what material and any special effects you want, we will present different possibilities and help you through the process until the label is printed. In the discussion, we will also make sure that you get the right glue/adhesive for a durable label.
It is also possible to order/receive samples of labels we have in stock to get a better feel for the label's material and design.
If you put the bottle with the label on it in the fridge or freezer, there is nothing strange. The durability of most labels has an incredible range – From +80 degrees to -40.
If you want to put the label on a frozen product, special freezer labels are required.
If the label is to be stored in a very humid environment, a plastic label is recommended for best durability.
Yes, there is, both recycled plastic and recycled paper.
When ordering labels on rolls, it is most common for the labels to be on a backing paper to protect the labels during delivery and warehouse management. The backing paper is the paper that you peel the label off of and is made of silicone to make it easier to peel the label off. Once you have peeled off the labels, the backing paper is thrown away, which is bad for the environment.
It is now possible to order labels without carrier paper where the labels are just rolled up separately. There is then a varnish on top of the label material that acts as a kind of protection so that the adhesive does not stick to the labels in the roll. These are temporarily only available as direct thermal labels in paper.
We'd be happy to tell you more if it's interesting.
Yes, you can get any shape!
We have a variety of existing punches in different sizes. If the shape is not in an existing punch, we can create a new punch or use laser cutting.
A punch is a tool for cutting out labels.
The minimum order value is 2000 SEK, the number of labels for this amount depends on material, size and adhesive, among other things.
To create a label, you need to specify the dimensions width x length and how it should be rolled up.

When ordering printed labels on a roll:
Winding and Bobbin/core: We can offer cores in 1 inch (25,4 mm), 2 inches (41 mm) and 3 inches (76,2 mm).
Flushing: It is important to remember that if the label is not to be applied by hand, the labels are rolled up correctly. Otherwise, there is a risk that the label will end up in the wrong direction in an automated process.
It is also important to know the maximum outer diameter of the label roll so that the roll is not too large and therefore does not fit in the printer. This information is usually available in the data sheet for your printer.
