Shipping labels & Transport labels

Absolutely! Many companies use a thermal printer to quickly and easily print labels directly from their shipping systems.

It depends on what you are sending. For standard packages, we recommend direct thermal paper labels with permanent adhesive because the label is basically only intended to last the delivery, after which it will not be used again.

If the label is to be shipped over a longer distance and exposed to harsher environments and weather conditions, a plastic label may be a better fit.

Most labels stick well to cardboard and plastic, but for uneven surfaces such as chipboard, special adhesives may be required.

The minimum order value is 2000 SEK, the number of labels for this amount depends on material, size and adhesive, among other things.

To create a label, you need to specify the dimensions width x length and how it should be rolled up.

We have a variety of existing punches in different sizes. If the measurement is not found in an existing punch, we can create a new punch or use laser cutting.

A punch is a tool for cutting out labels.

• When you contact us, we need to know the size, material, adhesive and quantity of the intended shipping label. We also need to know if there should be a receipt part and if they should be folded. We need to know the core size and maximum outer diameter of the label roll. We will then prepare a quote.
• Once you have approved the quote, we will send you an order confirmation and this document must also be approved based on the delivery address, quantity and material.
• We will then return with a delivery time depending on whether we have them in stock or whether we need to produce them.

Winding and Bobbin/core: We can offer cores in 1 inch (25,4 mm), 2 inches (41 mm) and 3 inches (76,2 mm).

Winding: It is important to remember that if the shipping label is not to be applied by hand, the labels are rolled up correctly. Otherwise, there is a risk that the label will end up in the wrong direction in an automation process.

It is also important to know the maximum outer diameter of the label roll so that the roll is not too large and therefore does not fit in the printer. This information is usually available in the data sheet for your printer.
