The Geset 221 is a labelling machine designed for cylindrical products, especially bottles. It is compact and easy to install, and is designed for accurate and flexible labelling. The machine handles products with a diameter of up to 175 mm and can apply labels with high precision at speeds of up to 80 products per minute.

The Geset 221 has special modules with a 2-roll system, rotating rollers and counter pressure belt. With this smart design, your labels are placed precisely and securely on the product, even on uneven and demanding surfaces.
The machine has a smart separation unit that is adjustable in speed, allowing the operator to set the exact distance between the products that they desire.
With its format, construction and capacity, the Geset 221 is suitable for both the smaller producer, who wants to be able to move the machine around, and for those with medium volumes and want to integrate the labelling system into their production line.
The Geset 221 system uses Alpha Compact applicators and is built for precise labelling, with an application accuracy of +/- 0.8 mm. The machine has over 50 modules to choose from that are adjustable to your specific product and labelling needs, making the Geset 221 the perfect partner in your production.
Our Geset system can be adjusted for different product shapes such as bottles, cans and packages, for wrap around & 2-roll labelling.
The Geset 221 requires minimal maintenance. The side belts and wear parts in the applicator can be easily replaced when necessary.
The machine can handle a high speed of up to 80 products per minute (depending on product and label size), without compromising on application accuracy.
The machine is designed to apply pre-printed labels. If you want to print on the label, you can complement it with an X1-Jet cartridge printer.
