Thanks to a powerful stepper motor system, the WR Feeder series can handle feed speeds of up to 70 meters per minute, making them ideal for environments where the pace is high and operational reliability must be top notch. Feeding is done using counter-rotating rubber rollers, and fine adjustment on both the right and left sides gives you maximum control – regardless of the product shape or material. The high magazines hold a lot of material and have built-in level control, which means fewer stops and longer operating cycles.
The WR Feeder series can be equipped with various labelling solutions, including TIJ (thermal inkjet), CIJ (continuous inkjet), laser, TTO (thermal transfer) as well as label dispensers and print-&-apply systems.
For user-friendly control, there is the option of choosing a modern 4,3” color HMI with a clear interface. Here the operator can easily set all functions, save up to 40 different job profiles and quickly switch between formats with the touch of a button. This provides high flexibility – especially in productions with frequent changeovers.
