Linx 10 is suitable for both porous and non-porous surfaces, making it an excellent solution for a number of industries. Here are some examples of materials and applications where Linx 10 is particularly effective:
The maintenance interval depends a lot on the environment the printer is in. Normally, we recommend that the customer check the print head once a week, but most of the time the print head does not need to be cleaned at such frequent intervals.
When it comes to servicing the printer, a service module needs to be replaced, this is done at 18 month intervals. This can be done by the customer. Self-service is quick and easy by following the instructions on the screen and can be planned around your production schedule.
The Linx 10 uses smart, sealed ink bottles, which means the operator does not come into contact with the ink. When the machine alerts for ink refills, the operator takes out the empty bottle and inserts the new ink bottle. Quick and easy!
The bottles are designed to make replacements error-free, even during printing. Automatic level control and early refill warnings of up to twelve hours are built in, reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.
Linx 10 consumes very little energy during normal operation, approximately 32 W.
The Linx 10 is a small and handy CIJ printer that can be easily moved between different lines if needed. It has a handle that makes it easy to lift the printer. The printer has the option of being hung directly on the conveyor belt with the accompanying brackets.
Other advantages of the Linx 10 compared to other CIJs are its flexibility and a lower price, which can play a big role for smaller producers.
