With a compact design and flexible laser head, the Linx FSL20 and FSL50 can be easily integrated into both moving and static production lines. The two beam orientation options – standard or with a 90° Beam Turning Unit – allow the laser to be adapted for marking in any direction. This enables marking even in tight spaces and difficult-to-reach installations. The compact marking head and air-cooled design mean that the unit can be placed where it is needed, without reliance on large water-cooled systems or factory air sources, providing a simple and quick installation with minimal impact on the production workflow.
The Linx FSL20 and FSL50 are designed for long-term operation with a laser source that has a lifespan of over 100 hours, minimizing the need for maintenance and downtime. The IP000 rating provides additional protection against dust and splash water, making these lasers reliable even in more challenging environments. Air cooling provides high energy efficiency and eliminates the problems of leaks and additional maintenance often associated with water-cooled lasers. LinxDraw software allows operators to easily create and customize messages, reducing setup and changeover time – all to maximize production time and reduce total operating costs.
