We have developed and manufactured the world’s most innovative and connected fully automated labeling line for snus cans—featuring banderoll, top, and bottom labels, complete with full traceability.
Our machine is easy to reconfigure thanks to removable shafts for roll changes. It features servo motors for unwind, rewind, and feeding, while vision cameras monitor the process. With exceptional application accuracy, the machine requires no operator intervention for adjustments during roll changes, as this happens automatically. Additionally, it has a compact footprint, making it ideal for tight or cluttered production environments. The line consists of three units, each with its own PLC, allowing it to be arranged in configurations such as L or U shapes to fit your space requirements.
