Pallet marking system AP 182 from Weber Marking Systems is a unique system for marking and label application on up to three different sides using a highly flexible applicator arm. Seven possible “trigger” positions not only allow GS1-compatible pallet marking on the front and side of the pallet, but also apply two different labels on one side. In addition, a 3-sided marking of pallets (forehead, side, back) is possible.

The system achieves a top speed of 120 pallets per hour when marking two sides and 90 pallets per hour when marking three sides. AP 182 reduces costs because it does not require a protective fence or unwieldy protective barrier due to its safe design. The standard version includes special features such as the ability for label rollers with a diameter of 350 millimeters, to connect a scanner for barcode verification, and electric and spring-loaded stomps for optimal label application in your production.
