Trotec U300 – Laser marking perfect for small components

The laser engravers in the U-series allow you to quickly and easily mark individual units as well as small and medium-sized batches. With the Galvo Marker engravers, even novices and machine builders can easily mark components, type plates, or tools – even in hard-to-reach areas.

The special highlight of the U-series is the border marking function – it allows you to project the surface to be marked or even the contour of the component at any time, position it in real-time, and correct it if necessary with a click of the mouse.

High-quality lenses and an excellent laser spot guarantee a perfect application result for your marking. This allows even the smallest details to be marked precisely. Features like polishing and deep engraving enable good readability even on demanding materials.

Due to the newly integrated interface, the laser can be controlled with any Windows computer. This means you are no longer bound to the functionality of an industrial PC. Simply plug in the connector and start using the laser – you will be amazed at how much time you save!

With UMark software, you can mark your information on objects in no time. This allows you to generate codes, import data files or graphics, and create texts. The software also has a material database so you can mark with the right parameters as quickly as possible. You can also add your own parameters to the database.

The U300 is a Class 2 laser workstation, so no safety measures are required.

We offer the opportunity to order materials from Trotec. In the extensive product range, there are more than 1000 high-quality materials specially designed for laser and rotary engraving. The range includes materials available in many colors, thicknesses, and with a variety of surface finishes, ranging from classic sign materials to acrylic and wood panels. The material can be ordered in full sheets, half sheets, or quarter sheets, and you can also opt for a sticky back.
