Trotec SpeedMarker 700

With the SpeedMarker 700, you can mark everything from individual components to large batches, both flat and cylindrical. Using the innovative and user-friendly industrial laser software SpeedMark, it is possible to mark logos, photos, and texts, generate serial numbers, barcodes, and 2D codes, etc. on materials such as metal and plastic. The laser machine enables automation processes and offers infinite scripting possibilities.

The SpeedMarker 700 is available in many configurations, including fiber and CO2 lasers, different axis systems, and working heights. It also comes in a semi-automatic version with a rotating table and accessories like a rotating unit and extra lenses. For faster and more ergonomic handling, the laser machine is equipped with an automatic door. The rotating table allows for marking larger batches and reduces loading and unloading times to a minimum.

Thanks to the new 3D technology Dynamic Shifter, it is possible to mark inclined surfaces, spherical objects, and cylinders.

The lasers in the SpeedMarker Series can be equipped with a MOPA laser. With a MOPA laser, it is possible to mark plastic with higher contrast and more detailed results. It can also mark (anodized) aluminum in black or recreate colors on stainless steel. Additionally, MOPA lasers are often faster than conventional fiber lasers.
