Flexible options for planned service
We understand that different businesses have different needs, which is why we offer flexible options when it comes to service.
You can choose to:
- Send the machine to one of our service facilities.
- Book one of our technicians for on-site service in your production.
Regardless of which option you choose, you can rest assured that the work will be carried out with the highest quality and precision. Our technicians are strategically located at three different offices around Sweden, which means we can be on site quickly when the need arises.

How does our service work?
First step
The first step is to contact our service coordinator, Ingemar Hansén. You can choose between two different options depending on your needs:
- Help on-site: We will send a technician directly to your production facility.
- Service in our service facilities: You send the machine to us, where our dedicated technicians will take care of the service or repair in our fully equipped facilities.

Second step
The second step involves troubleshooting and remediation.
When our technician starts working on your machine, a thorough troubleshooting of both hardware and software is carried out. The technician systematically goes through the equipment to identify the exact problem.
Once the cause is established, we repair the machine and test it thoroughly to ensure it is working properly. The aim is to restore the machine to full operation and minimise production downtime.
Third step
Once our service technician has completed the work, the machine is carefully handed over. The technician will go through the following with your production staff:
- Identified problems: an explanation of what caused the malfunction or the need for service.
- Actions taken: a detailed description of the repairs or adjustments carried out.
- Functional test: The technician ensures that the machine works optimally and that your production flow can return to normal operation without interruption.
After the walk-through, we make sure that you, the customer, are completely satisfied before we leave your site. We aim to give you complete peace of mind that everything is working as it should.
