Pureflow® is an innovative and powerful filtration system that purifies all ink in the Spectrum tank. Continuous filtration reduces the risk of blockages in the writing head and guarantees high contrast and pressure quality in each label.
High quality prints and problem -free restarts with patent -applicable Vortex® - a robust mix tank with a unique method for redistributing a heavy pigment, which provides a high contrast and covering every time.
The inkjet printer is designed for fast wire and cable applications and has a "meter label" to measure the thread and the cable and thus encode the message at the correct interval.
LinX 8940 Spectrum is specially developed to print on dark surfaces. It is adapted for both porous and non-porous surfaces, which makes it an excellent solution for several industries. Here are some examples of materials and uses where the LINX 8940 Spectrum is particularly effective:
LinX 8940 Spectrum performs well in a high -speed production, maximum speed is 10 m/s. This speed is based on Tower printing, which means that the text is oriented 90 degrees and in this way you get the number of points/drops in height.
Unless Tower Printing is accepted, there are 5 points high text that applies and then the speed is limited to 9.10 m/s.
If you want to print QR codes or barcodes that often require more drop height, then the top speed also falls. For example, a QR code requires minimum 21 points height.
LinX 8940 Spectrum is very suitable for moist and dusty environments with its IP65 classification.
IP65 is an international classification that describes how well a unit is protected against dust and water. In IP65, the figures account for different types of protection:
In summary, a unit with IP65 rating is both dustproof and protected against water splashes and light water jets.
It is enough that you review the print head once a week even at 24/7 production. Other similar machines in the industry require cleaning at least once a day.

First of all, you create messages directly on the panel of the printer. The panel consists of high-resolution touch display which is very user-friendly.
If you want to transfer variable data, this is done most easily via Ethernet and is standard for the printer. Here you can, for example, submit unique data for each labelling or fully control the machine externally from a PLC. This form of control is done through the communication protocol ASCII.
We can also offer a cloud service called Printernet, this service allows you as a user to monitor your/your printers wherever you are. You can either monitor all printers and easily get an overall picture over everything from fluid levels to any alarms. You can also completely remotely control the printer via the printer wherever you are in the world. In other words, everything you can do on the touch panel in place you can also do remotely.
