Ruby® is the ultimate design software that allows the daily work on the laser machine to flow smoothly. You can create graphics, photos and text elements and make quick adjustments directly in the program. The platform guarantees profitable order management and has a network connection, web -based and completely digital arrangement. With Ruby® you can connect all its laser machines in a network, locally or in the cloud, which allows users to distribute jobs to multiple machines from a PC or Mac. Thanks to the new workflow, jobs can be prepared by one user and produced by another anytime, and from anywhere.

The flexible workflow begins with the design and continues from the preparation stage to production. Very little training is required for the user and an integrated guide provides additional tips if needed. The user chooses materials and material effects eg. Deeper engraving, dark engraving or cutting and the cloud -based material database will help you streamline the process.

Thanks to Trotec's packing technology, which protects the sensitive components from dust and dirt, the machine requires minimal maintenance. Regular cleaning of lentils and mirrors is recommended to maintain high performance and extend the life.

Yes, Trotec offers Atmos's extraction system that ensures the safe and clean operation of the laser system. It removes dust and gases from the workspace and with its active carbon filters filter the smell generated during laser processing. The atmospheric extraction system contributes to longer service life and protects the laser's lenses.

Trotec laser machines are equipped with several safety functions - protective cabinets, temperature sensors, safety switches such as main switches, key switches and emergency stop button. These minimize risks to the operator.

TROTEC machines have CE marking, which meets EU requirements for safety, health and environmental protection. It gives you as a user a guarantee that the machine is safe to use and that it complies with current legislation.

Yes, there are a lot of options you can make for the machine depending on what you need.

Here are some examples of options for CO2 laser:

• Temperature sensor: Some materials (eg acrylic) are very flamboyant, especially when cutting. That is why Trotec has designed the temperature sensor. If the temperature inside the machine exceeds a critical value, the laser will signal this with a warning sound. This guarantees maximum security for you when using the laser.

• Rotation unit: With the rotating bracket you can engrave conical, cylindrical and spherical objects such as glass, copper, vases and bottles of different sizes. A special rolling bracket allows processing of objects with large or small openings that do not fit into the standard cones.
• Trotec Vision Design & Position: The powerful camera is smartly integrated into the laser lid and delivers a detailed live picture in color over the entire workspace to the Software Ruby®. This way you can design graphics, place text directly on the workpiece or adjust an ongoing laser work live in Ruby®. Vision Design & Position shortens the laser work flow.

• Gas kit: With gas kit, up to two process gases can be connected if desired (eg compressed air and N2). It prevents flames, improves dust transport and also protects the lens. For some materials, e.g. Textiles, wood or paper is the use of process gases crucial. In these applications, air will significantly improve the cutting result.

• Lenses: For each machine there are a number of lenses to choose from. In laser engraving and laser cutting, it is important to choose the right lens to achieve optimal results. Which lens is appropriate depends on a number of factors: laser effect, type of material, graphic detail and resolution (DPI) and material thickness.
