The IP-JET HP MK2 inkjet printer is specially developed for use in harsh and demanding environments with high exposure to dust and moisture. Unlike many other printers on the market, the print head has excellent protection and requires no coverage or disassembly during cleaning. The system combines the print head and control unit into one.

High tolerance to dust and moisture. The sealed casing and waterproof interface prevent moisture and dirt particles. The unit is also operated via a special power supply with a waterproof M8 connector. The external connections have plug-in connectors with IP67 rating.

Well proven technology from HP. The system prints text, barcodes, 2D codes, best before date, batch number and much more, up to 12.5mm in height and with resolution up to 600dpi. The water- and solvent-based paints used by the system open the door to many materials that require readable and permanent marking, such as paper, cartons, lacquered surfaces, foils and plastics.

SmartCard: Intelligent cartridge monitoring for consistent print results. SmartCard identifies the current type of ink and automatically adjusts the ink parameters. Eliminate unexpected production stops and give yourself the time to plan cartridge changes with a good margin. This is done quickly and easily – thanks to the patented Click’n’Print cartridge holder!
