Bulk System ZTV HP MK2

The ZTV offers over ten times the ink capacity with its 400 millilitres, which significantly reduces the need for frequent ink changes compared to standard printheads. When the ink tank is connected, the ink is automatically pressurised and monitored in real time via an interface directly on the cartridge. When the ink level of the main cartridge drops, a valve to the bulk tank opens to refill automatically. The ZTV can simultaneously supply between one cartridge (X2JET) and up to four cartridges (X4JET).

A single cartridge can hold up to 1.2 litres of ink before changing, which is equivalent to the capacity of three ink tanks in a single-head system and twelve in a four-head system.

The storage tank and cartridges work together through SmartCard technology and an RS232 interface. The cartridges monitor the ink level in real time and are automatically refilled during the printing process. The integrated level sensor in the cartridges also ensures that they are never overfilled.

The ZTV HP MK2 HP is a robust and flexible bulk ink system, designed with advanced features to meet the demands of high-volume printing where high quality, low cost per print and minimal user intervention are essential. The system provides great flexibility, allowing almost any combination of HP printheads and HP bulk cartridges to achieve the desired print capacity.
