Zero-Heat means that log labeling is done without a shrink film oven and residual heat. The waterfall does not require any warm-up time and can be started immediately. Instead of shrink film, a specially developed label is applied around the snuff log.
Yes. The Branded Outer Sleeve applies a wrap-around label directly to the shrink wrap already around the snuff stick. The machine is designed for 5- and 10-packs and uses a three-roll system for application.
The waterfall has a stated capacity of up to 90 logs per minute for 3-packs, 60 for 5-packs and 30 for 10-packs. The Branded Outer Sleeve labels up to 30 logs per minute. The capacity therefore varies depending on the format and solution.
Branded Outer Sleeve uses sensors and vision cameras to check label position, overlap and quality. Any errors can be identified and the stock can then be sorted out automatically.
Branded Outer Sleeve is prepared for integration with printers that can mark variable information on the label. This can include barcodes, batch numbers and date codes.
