To ensure precise and error-free application, the snus can is held firmly in place by two side straps. This eliminates the risk of movement during the process, which not only guarantees perfect application but also contributes to safer and more stable operation. Our advanced camera system ensures that every label is applied with precision. If a label deviates, even by a fraction of a millimeter, the cameras detect this immediately and the machine automatically adjusts the side straps to correct the position. For additional safety, you can pre-program which product and label to run. When the operator selects an item in the system, only that item can be processed in the machine. If another product tries to feed through, the machine sounds an alarm and stops the process – all to ensure that the right label ends up on the right product, every time.
